Our ethical philosophy is simple: we want to make freshly prepared, tasty and healthy vegetarian and vegan food which respects the environment. Our teas, coffees and juices are fairly traded, and many of our ingredients are organic.

Where possible we source foods locally, avoiding "food miles" and unnecessary travel times, and we try to use local businesses where possible. We aim to offer a relaxed environment. We are child-friendly, with high-chairs and toys available in the cafe and we welcome mothers who wish to breastfeed their babies in public.
